Background: Lien graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in 2013 with a degree in International Law. She received specialized training in Diplomatic and Consular Law at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Lien also has professional experience in Administration and Human Resources at Vietnam Pacific Blue Global Investment Corporation.
